The School of Basic Education adheres to the idea that education can develop well-rounded individuals.

  1. To Provide Programs and activities to learners designed for holistic development namely: physical, intellectual, culturally, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and morally.
  2. To provide community inquiry to learners to develop, foster and strengthen their critical, analytical, and creative think necessary for their professional scientific  and technological skills as future leader in their communities for the advacement of national and international development.
  3. To offer a basic education program that will enable the learners to enhance social consciousness on national identity, moral integrity, spirituality, love and pride of their Filipino culture and heritage.
  4. To prepare critically mature, productive, self-reliant, responsible and self-disciplined learners through various curricular and co-curricular programs and activities.
  5. To establish service programs in and out of the school where the learners will be able to apply and demonstrate scientific and technical knowledge in the service for their peers and the community.
