The PanpacificU Logo
The logo takes after the acronym of the Panpacific University to create a pillar, which shows the University’s role as a pillar for education. Its triangular formation symbolizes “delta” or change, which expresses the transformation that the University is now undergoing to provide its students better education and environment. It also represents the trifocal functions of higher education institution-instruction, research and extension.
The streaks beneath is an interpretation of a leaf, which symbolizes the sustainable practices of Panpacific University. The color green symbolizes growth, harmony, and safety. The color blue in the logo shows the association of the word “Panpacific” with the crest of a wave. It is associated with depth and stability, and symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, faith and truth. All in all, the logo is a representation of the University’s roots as well as its vision of dynamism for the future.

Panpacific University shall endeavor to:
1. Establish a foundation of a total university of choice through strategic pillars consisting of fundamental beliefs and principles;
2. Utilize balanced scorecard perspectives to push for quality customer service;
3. Etch a pathway of academic endeavor lined with relevant offerings that match the needs of dynamic society;
4. Operationalize the concept of a global village through dynamic linkages;
5. Constitute an empowered academic community, which can respond to a versatile human resource for the development of morally upright human life.
Objectives
Towards the fulfillment of the Panpacific University Vision-Mission, the institution shall:
1. Conduct an evaluation–planning workshop at the end of each term as a strategy for development;
2. Institutionalize a quality customer-service culture in the various customer-service windows of the University;
3. Periodically monitor the implementation of program/projects identified in the balanced scorecards by academic discipline;
4. Design an institutional highway for development of pertinent programs and projects leading to linkages with other sectors of society;
5. Undertake internal supervision of the teaching-learning process in a clinical approach;
6. Participate in community development activities to give meaning to a pro-life philosophy.
